1. Services & Right to Withdraw
Roop Couture reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, product, appointment, or offering at any time.
- Cancel appointments or orders due to unavailability, pricing errors, or operational reasons.
- Refuse or withdraw services at our sole discretion.
We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions or cancellations beyond our control.
2. Financial Transactions & Payments
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time
- Deposits for bridal or custom orders are non-refundable
- Full payment must be completed before delivery or pickup
- Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.
- All SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in service denial.
3. Accuracy of Information & Availability
While we strive for accuracy, Roop Couture does not guarantee that:
- Website content is error-free or always current
- Colors, embroidery, or textures displayed online exactly match the final product
- Services will be uninterrupted or free from technical issues
We are not liable for losses caused by website downtime, typographical errors, or third-party service interruptions.
4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree not to engage in:
- Unlawful or fraudulent behavior
- Harassment, hate speech, bullying, or abusive conduct
- Spam, promotions, or unauthorized advertising
- Impersonation or false representation
- Posting or transmitting harmful, misleading, or offensive content
Violation of these rules may result in immediate service termination.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Roop Couture is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for improper garment care after delivery
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product
6. Handcrafted Product Disclaimer
Due to the artisanal nature of our garments:
- Minor variations in color, embroidery, or finish are normal
- These variations are not defects and do not qualify for refunds
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
